红星照耀着中华每一方土地
The Red Star Shines on Every Part of China

巨龙匍匐在东方
The dragon is crawling in the east
等待着红星的照耀
Waiting for the shining of the Red Star
它腾飞在唐古拉山脉
It soars in the Tanggula Mountains
巴彦克拉山脉
Bayankara Mountains
黄河的泥土上
On the soil of the Yellow River
来到劳动与朴实铸就的麦地
It comes to the wheat fields forged by labor and simplicity
汗水与镰刀汇成的稻田
and the rice fields made of sweat and scythe
巨龙生长在乡村上空
The giant dragon was raised in the village
来到铁锤旁飞翔
and rises in the wind beside iron hammer
在无数红星的照耀下
under the shining of countless Red Stars
吼出了铿锵有力的旗帜
It roars out a powerful banner
向着富强的号角进发
blowing the trumpet of prosperity and power
纵横着岁月的年轮
Across the growth rings of time
巨龙荡漾化成木桨
The giant dragon swings and turns into wooden oars
穿行在青海湖、洞庭湖
Traversing Qinghai Lake and Dongting Lake
在长江，龙舟越过一层浪
In the Yangtze River, the dragon boat crosses the waves
向着新生的朝阳进发
Towards the new sunrise
龙舟来到南湖成了红船
The dragon boat becomes a red boat in South Lake
承载着千万华夏儿女的信念
Carrying the faith of millions of Chinese sons and daughters
披荆斩棘、乘风破浪
It has been beating the thorns and waves
在洪流中成了巍巍巨轮
and becomes a huge ship in the flood
向着星辰大海进发
Towards the starry sea
我们跳动在松软的土地上
We jump on the soft land
用勇气与智慧击碎了黑暗屏障
smashing the barrier of darkness with guts and wits
我们生于红色的火焰
We were born in the red flame
高举一支不灭的火炬
holding high an unquenchable torch
用光明与怒吼迎接那凛冽寒风
to meet the cold wind with light and roar
燃烧着整片华夏大地
to set aflame the whole land of China
最终成为那一颗耀眼的红星
And finally become a dazzling red star
